结构特点

该密封为双端面、弹簧静止型结构、非集装式机械密封。此密封的浮动补偿能力强，密封安全可靠。该密封为外冲洗结构，冲洗液使用清洁水或较介质清洁的工业回用水，冲洗水压力为0.4～0.6MPa 外冲洗结构的密封冲洗液由端盖的两侧输入、输出，循环使用或者排放使用。该密封可广泛应用于电力脱硫除灰、排浆、选矿、煤炭、洗煤等行业输送含有固体颗粒的磨蚀性或腐蚀性浆提且泵送物料不允许稀释的工况。 

使用说明

1.安装时，应在轴套内孔及O形密封圈上涂润滑油，以利安装。（注意：乙丙橡胶用肥皂液润滑）

2.泵启动前，需提前5分钟打开阻封水，停泵5分钟后方可关闭阻封水。

Feature of structure

It is featured by a double ends,spring rotating structure,the packing style strong floating compensation ability as well as safety and reliability.With an exterior rinsing structure,the product can adopt clean water or recycled industrial water cleaner than the medium as rinsing solution.The pressure is beween0.4and0.6MPa.To rinse the seal,solution is fed through both sides of the cover and then recovered or discharged.This product is manly applicable to the operation situations in which dilution is prohibited for abrasive or corrosive solid particulates containing feeding slurry in the fields of power plant desulphurization or dedust,slurry drainage,mineral processing,coal minning and coal rinsing etc. 

Directions

1.Prior to installation,inner hole of shaft sleeve and O ring shall be applied with lubricant so that it can be installed smoothly.(Attention:EPDM is recommended that soap water)

2.Before starting the pump,sealed water shall be opened 5 minutes in advance and it shall be closed 5 minutes after the pump is stopped.
